HOUSTON – October 17, 2007 – Harris County Tax Assessor - Collector Paul Bettencourt posts the information concerning 2007 property tax rates and estimated tax bills he provided Harris County Commissioners Court and Houston City Council yesterday on the Tax Office Web site at www.hctax.net.
