Everything you need to know about your new vehicle registration sticker

All changes make things easier

• Sticker and receipt come as all-in-one form. (Sticker, instructions for use, and receipt are attached to one letter-size form.)
• Self-adhesive sticker is easier to handle because the adhesive is applied around the rim of the sticker.
• Processing is speedier because technology has replaced manual handling and entries
• Convenient 12, 24, or 36-month registration renewal stickers available.

How your new sticker form works

• Bottom third of form is sticker portion. Laminated sticker is encased in pocket of form. Windshield sticker is separated from form by pressing perforated spot and flipping form over to extract sticker from back of form.
• Plate sticker is separated from the front of the form.
• Top two-thirds of form is receipt.
• All data is printed automatically, including
  • License plate number
  • Last eight digits of vehicle identification number
  • County
  • Month and year or expiration
